Poly Australia is the local arm of international property developer Poly Global. We have also expanded into Victoria, the United States and the United Kingdom. We are proud to have a number of projects at various stages of development across the globe.

Since entering Australia in January 2015, Poly has long term goals for the Australian marketplace.

Grove Place

Grove Place was Poly’s first foray into house and land development, with only a hand full of lots remaining. Located in Western Sydney’s growth corridor, streets have been completed and named, and landscaping completed, ready for buyers to begin building their dream homes.

Poly Horizon

Poly Horizon is Poly’s landmark residential development in Sydney’s thriving Epping. Approximately 500 apartments, across three buildings, Poly Horizon will be the first development to be completed in the suburb, which has been selected as a key are for urban growth by the NSW government. With a mixture of studios, one, two and three bedroom apartments, the development is now almost sold out. Poly Horizon is due for completion in 2018, kicking off Epping’s exciting transformation.

Claremont Manor
