Poly Australia has this week begun demolition works in preparation for construction of Tilia by Poly in Sydney’s north shore suburb of Lindfield.
The 5,292sqm site was originally an amalgamation of four houses, which will make way for 64 luxury apartments and 3 townhouses.
Local firm Sydney Excavation Group (SEG) has been contracted to undertake the demolition, which began on January 11th, 2018.
Construction is due to commence in early June 2018, with completion expected mid-2019.
Tilia by Poly will offer buyers generously sized apartments starting from $835,000 in the heart of leafy Lindfield.
Residents will have access to an exclusive secret garden oasis, allowing them to entertain family and friends amongst the lush surroundings of this premium development.
Poly NSW Associate Director Simon Blount said the beginning of site works brings Tilia by Poly closer to fruition.
“Poly Australia is excited to begin demolition work on site at Tilia by Poly in Lindfield, and we are thrilled to have secured local contractor SEG who have a brilliant reputation and consistently deliver a great result.”
“We are looking forward to moving ahead with the project as it comes to life and we move toward the start of construction in early June. With sales launching to the general public in February, we hope to have buyers moved in to their new homes by mid-2019.”
The 5,292sqm site is located at 3-5 Milray Street, Lindfield, a short stroll from Lindfield’s many cafés and restaurants and with direct access to trains and buses.
