Forbes names Poly Real Estate Group Chairlady Guangju Song most prominent female in the industry

Chairlady Song named Number 4 across all industries

Forbes has released its annual top women in business list, and Poly Real Estate Group Chairlady Guangju Song has been ranked as number 1 most prominent business woman in the real estate industry in China.

Rankings are measured by the importance of the woman’s business in the global economy, the health and direction of the business, revenue earned and size of the business, career and social and cultural influence. The results are determined by a quantitative analysis.

Each company featured and managed by a woman on this list has created a total of more than $1,400 billion AUD market value.

The list features 14 women within the real estate industry, and Poly Chairlady Guangju Song is ranked at Number 4 across all industries.

In 2017, Poly Real Estate Group acquired significantly more land and resources to guarantee future sales growth.

“The company will return to the top 3 in the real estate industry within the next 2 to 3 years,” said Chairlady Song at a shareholder meeting in December 2017.

The development of female leadership has attracted more and more attention across multinational enterprises in recent years. Women play an important role at management level and as a rising power, are becoming brining a unique glamour to business world.
