With the recent appointment of world renowned architecture firm Grimshaw as architect for Poly Australia’s very first commercial office building in the Sydney CBD, at 210-220 George Street, Poly Australia is also pleased to confirm the appointment of Colliers International, JLL and Knight Frank as leasing agencies for the world class building.
Colliers International and JLL have been appointed as office leasing agents, while International firm Knight Frank will look after all retail leasing within the highly anticipated building.
The Stage Two Development Application is expected to be submitted in early December 2017, with the office leasing strategy focusing on the large podium floors and above, while the retail leasing will bring in high end retailers and financial institutions.
As part of the design, every two levels features double height spaces, while the podium level offers a more social connection to George Street through external terraces, integrating the workplace to the streetscape rather than creating a boundary that divides the inside and the outside.
Grimshaw took out the City of Sydney Design Excellence Competition to design the upcoming building which forms part of the City’s ambition to create a world-class CBD.
Stage One DA approval was granted in May, and the $90million development, will offer approximately 16,000sqm of office space and 1,000sqm of George Street facing retail, with ten podium floors and fifteen tower floors.
