Poly Australia is pleased to announce that their latest project – Tilia by Poly in Sydney’s Lindfield will launch in late October.
The name Tilia pays homage to the origin of Lindfield, which was once covered with lime trees (Genus: Tilia) when European settlers first arrived.
The name also showcases the lush green surrounds of the development and surrounding Lindfield.
Local Agency Sotheby’s led by Phil Orr has been appointed alongside Poly Agency to market the project, which will see a total of 68 brand new spacious boutique apartments become available on the highly sought after Milray Street.
Located just 13km to the Sydney CBD and a short walk to Lindfield train station, Tilia by Poly will offer easy access to some of Sydney’s most prestigious schools on the upper north shore, and the development itself with benefit from lush green open spaces and boutique community gardens.
Ideal for the local downsizers, set to benefit from the federal government’s proposed $3000,000 tax-free super.
Tilia by Poly has been designed by PBD Architects, and will feature high-end provincial style luxury, with marble kitchens, spacious bedrooms and sophisticated design.
To get a taste of what Tilia by Poly has to offer, you can visit our showroom from 11th October 2017 at shop 4, 66-70 Archer Street, Chatswood, NSW.
