After the NSW Government threw out the challenge in 2014 to create 3,750 new apartments in Epping for an estimated 8,000 residents to move in by 2031 – Poly Australia is leading the suburb’s exciting urban activation.
Three years on, Poly Australia is about to deliver their first residential development in Sydney – Poly Horizon – in the heart of Epping’s Town Centre Priority Precinct.
With 95 per cent of the project now sold, and completion imminent, buyers are preparing for an earlier than anticipated settlement.
Originally projected for a September 2018 completion date, Poly Horizon will be ready for buyers to settle and move in in May/June 2018.
Poly NSW Sales and Marketing Director Jay Carter said the team was in constant communication with buyers to assist with preparations for settlement.
“As the project takes shape, we are excited to begin preparing our buyers to move into their new homes. We are also proud to be playing a significant part in the re-shaping of Epping, and look forward to creating and being a part of a vibrant community for many years to come,” he said.
The completion of Poly Horizon heralds the start of the changing face of Epping, with 501 brand new apartments, child care and medical centre facilities.
The new community will also benefit from the changing face of Epping’s Town Centre, some of Sydney’s best schools, community centre,
Library, cycleways and parklands as well as the new North West Rail Link and the $550 million Hills M2 upgrade.
Poly Horizon is due for completion in May/June 2018.
