Not long after breaking ground at Poly Australia’s boutique project Tilia by Poly in Lindfield, the team this weekend kicked off with a summer sales launch.
With a strong showing of local downsizers, 1 bedroom apartments start from $810,000, 2 bedroom apartments from $1,180,000, and 3 bedroom apartments from $1,600,000.
Demolition began on the site in early January, with Sydney Excavation Group on site currently clearing the way for construction to begin in June 2018.
Poly NSW Associate Director Simon Blount said the beginning of site works brings Tilia by Poly closer to fruition and the company will announce the builder very soon.
“We’re excited to begin demolition work on site, and thrilled to have secured local contractor SEG who have a brilliant reputation and consistently deliver a great result. We will also be appointing a building contractor to begin construction of Tilia by Poly very soon.”
Poly NSW Sales and Marketing Director Jay Carter said there had been strong interest from the local market, particularly downsizers.
“We’ve found there’s an appetite for high quality apartments within the downsizer market, particularly on the north shore, where most of our enquiry is originating from,” he said.
The 5,292sqm site is located at 3-5 Milray Street, Lindfield, a short stroll from Lindfield’s many cafés and restaurants and with direct access to trains and buses.
It is also located close to the proposed Village Green.
The project is expected to be completed by mid-2019.
