Tilia by Poly launches sales

Tilia by Poly first weekend of sales

October 26th, 2017

Poly Australia will launch its third Sydney project, Tilia by Poly in Sydney’s north shore suburb of Lindfield this Saturday October 28th.

Tilia by Poly’s unique offering will include a secret garden for exclusive use of residents and their guests, along with spacious courtyards and gardens for the limited number of townhouses on offer at the development.

The development, which will see a mix of 67 apartments, including three townhouses has been designed by award winning PBD Architects.

Designed with the secret garden forming the jewel of the entire oasis, residents and their guests will have exclusive use and the opportunity to interact with their immediate surroundings, where many a long lazy afternoon surrounded by family and good food can be spent.

Located on the highly regarded Milray Street and within a short walking distance from Lindfield Train Station, and surrounding cafes and restaurants, Tilia by Poly offers the ultimate quiet lifestyle with easy connectivity to the bustling city and beyond.

According to PBD architects, the garden has been carefully curated with a palette of natural materials and premium features resulting in a harmonious atmosphere. With a heavy focus on the connection between the inside and outside of the building, the existing green backdrop of Sydney’s north shore leads the design.

The garden was inspired by the history of Lindfield, once home to the native lime tree and is expected to offer a relaxing escape amongst a beautifully landscaped lush green hideaway.

Local Real Estate agency Sotheby’s has been appointed as the selling agent alongside Poly Australia’s newly launched Poly Agency.

According to Sotheby’s International Realty Upper North Shore Principal Phil Orr, a north shore local, Tilia by Poly will appeal to a local market who loves the outdoors and looking for high quality options in the area.

“With 40% of the Upper North Shore’s 8,541 hectares dedicated to national and local council park land, there is no surprise ‘gardens & the great outdoors’ are a major attraction and requirement of the buyers we welcome to the area,” he said.

“One of the great pleasures of my job is to showcase the wonderful private gardens that form such a feature of both established and new properties on the Upper North Shore.”
Tilia by Poly brings the outdoors in, every Tilia resident will enjoy a seamless experience across their entire home from their spacious dining areas to alfresco balconies and courtyards.

Poly Australia Sales and Marketing Director Jay Carter said the team was expecting a good result on the weekend, with a strong expressions of interest campaign leading into the sales launch.

“We are anticipating a strong result on Saturday. We have had a significant amount of interest in the project, from a range of buyers including downsizers and young families,” he said.
